Registration for the reading challenge begins May 21st AND if you register before May 29 you will receive a sweet little treat!  This program is free and for ages Pre-K - 7th grade.  Check out the News & Events tab on the left side of this page for the menu of goodies we will be serving up this year!

Family History Book

The Richland County Family History Book Committeee is sponsoring, compiling and publishing a new book, Richland County, Illinois - History & Families.  This book will include an expansive history of Richland County including family histories, communities, churches, schools, businesses, farms, memorials, tributes, clubs, organizations, and much more!  We invite everyone to submit family bios & pictures.  Click the "Family History Brochure" file (on the left side of the main page) for the informational brochure including a pre-order form for this book.  Contact the library for more information at 618-392-3711.
